White Quinua Real® comes from the Bolivian salt marsh of Uyuni located at more than 3.600 meters of altitude and its nutritional importance has long been recognised by pre-Columbian civilizations. Often treated as a grain, quinoa (Chenopodium quinoa) is in fact a seed which contains all the essential amino acids, oligo elements and vitamins. Gluten free, it is a good source of fibre and  rich in calcium, iron, potassium, magnesium, phosphorus, zinc, manganese.

一份藜麥加兩份水小火煮大約20分鐘。紅色和黑色藜稍長比白藜做飯。它也可以與大米混合使用電飯煲煮熟。

Combine one part quinoa with two parts water and cook in low heat for 15 to 20 minutes. It can also be prepared in a Chinese rice cooker in the same proportion. Quinoa can substitute rice in  most dishes. In Hong Kong it is often prepared and eaten in combination with rice.
